Fourth Day in Italy: Florence

So, today we headed over to Florence by train. The train was so cool and I would recommend it to anyone. Now, Florence is completely different then Rome. I have always thought they were similar but NO. Completely different. I can't believe I'm saying this, but so far I think I like Florence better. It isn't as crowded as Rome. No rose guys begging you to buy stuff, not as touristy, and not as many cabs. But, the heat was even more intense than Rome! Ugh! Heat! The worst part is that since the city is old, many of the restaurants, hotels, and shops aren't air-conditioned. Ugh. Well the food that we had was extremely good (view 'More info on our travels' for details.) and flavorful. Well, we visited some old churches and pretty ,uch toured around Florence. Getting used to the city. Here are some pics:

The ultimate Italian lunch
GORGEOUS!

I guess we know how everyone in Florence gets around...

This is where our restaurant was

Florence...sigh. So pretty
